After your order has been shipped, we will notify you of your tracking information via your Ivlii account or through your e-mail.

 

WHERE TO FIND MY TRACKING NO.?

1. In your Ivlii Account:

  • Log into your account at ivlii.com and find your orders.

  • Find the Tracking No. on your order list

 

2. In the Delivery Notification E-mail

  • Check the delivery notification email from us and find the Tracking No.

 

WHERE TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE?

  • Tracking No. starts and ends with 2 letters like: LS568229135CN Click here to track.

 
  • Tracking No. carries 16 characters (digits or combination of letters and digits) like: 4006318033246756 & 2MA679936101000931502 Click here to track. If the destination is Canada, then select the “Canada Post” as carrier; if Australia, select the "Australia Post".

 
  • Tracking No. ends with letters”GB” like: VC026944740GB Click here to track, and select the “JCEX” as carrier.

 
  • Tracking No. carries 10 digits like: 8386504840 Click here to track, and select the "DHL" as Carrier.

 

 

Please Note:

  • Your tracking number may take 1-3 days to become active from shipping date.

  • If you can't find any tracking no. on your order list, we're still preparing for your package.

  • If you can find more than 1 tracking no. on your order list, we must have shipped in different packages.

  • if you find only part of items has no tracking no., we're still preparing for the shipment of other items.
